A rate is missing
An unusual route, out-of-area pickup, extra stop, or missing rate becomes a manual quote.

BEHIND A SEAMLESS ARRIVAL
A clear path from the first inquiry to the final receipt. Built around your fleet, your rates, and your way of running the business.
What we need from you01 / FROM INTEREST TO ARRIVAL
The website now opens Prestige’s official booking flow. The operating sequence below remains an implementation checklist: verify each account action and staff responsibility before enabling additional automation.
Collect pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, vehicle preference, and flight or hourly details.
Outcome: a trip requestCheck the actual fleet, driver coverage, travel buffers, and owner-approved pricing. Show an itemized quote and its expiry.
Outcome: an approved quote and a time-limited holdUse an approved provider for the agreed deposit, card authorization, or full payment. Keep card details within that provider’s secure flow.
Outcome: a verified payment resultRecheck the hold and confirm the reservation was saved once in the operating system. Then send the accepted details and reference.
Outcome: an accepted reservationDispatch selects a suitable vehicle and driver, verifies the schedule, and records the driver’s acknowledgment.
Outcome: an acknowledged assignmentSend approved reminders and pickup instructions. Flight changes, driver changes, and failed messages go to the responsible person.
Outcome: current passenger and driver informationRecord completion, review any permitted extra charges, settle the agreed balance, and provide the final receipt.
Outcome: a closed trip with a payment recordA payment result alone does not establish that a ride was accepted. Confirm the account’s deposit, authorization or payment rules and its reservation status definitions. The website delegates those steps to Prestige’s reservation provider.
02 / KEEP A PERSON IN THE LOOP
Assign one staff inbox and an escalation contact. These situations pause automatic confirmation until someone resolves them.
An unusual route, out-of-area pickup, extra stop, or missing rate becomes a manual quote.
A schedule conflict, expired hold, short notice, or too much luggage needs a fleet and driver check.
A failed, pending, duplicate, or disputed payment stays unresolved until verified. Payment success with a failed reservation triggers prompt reconciliation.
Flight delays, cancellations, unavailable drivers, delivery failures, and special accessibility needs go to the assigned staff member.
03 / THE OWNER HANDOFF
Gather these eight items for the setup conversation. Open each one for the specific decisions needed. This checklist does not submit or save information.
Confirm the operating platform’s name, subscription tier, account administrator, existing booking link, enabled modules, and available integration access. If it is Limo Anywhere, verify the owner’s actual account and plan before choosing a connection.
Bring: an account/settings walkthrough. Credentials should be shared only through an approved secure setup process.
List each vehicle’s make, model, year, passenger capacity, practical luggage capacity, amenities, and any accessibility limitations. Provide original exterior and cabin photos plus short walk-through videos, with permission to publish them.
Decide: whether passengers choose a vehicle class or a specific vehicle, and how substitutions are handled.
Provide hourly prices and minimum hours; airport or transfer per-mile prices and minimum fares; any fixed routes; billable mileage rules; hourly rounding; and pricing by vehicle class.
Confirm: wait time and grace periods, extra stops, tolls, parking, airport fees, gratuity, applicable taxes, late-night/holiday rules, and quote expiry.
Choose the approved processor and define deposit versus full payment, authorization versus capture, when the balance is due, failed-payment handling, accepted methods, refund authority, and who reconciles payments.
Decide: what must succeed before a reservation can be accepted, and what happens if payment succeeds but the reservation fails.
Confirm service areas, operating hours, advance-notice requirements, booking cutoff, turnaround and cleaning time, travel between trips, airport pickup allowances, vehicle downtime, and hold expiry.
Decide: which trips can confirm automatically and which always require office review.
Name the dispatcher and backup, define driver eligibility, assignment timing, acknowledgment deadlines, status updates, and the escalation path when a driver is unavailable or late.
Confirm: what driver information may be shown to passengers and when.
Provide the business number, monitored email, reply destination, support hours, and emergency contact. Approve notification templates, timing, passenger consent wording, opt-out handling, and a fallback for undelivered messages.
Decide: the assistant’s approved answers, when it hands off to staff, and who receives each handoff.
Approve public privacy and booking terms, cancellation windows and fees, no-show policy, refunds, service changes, and how travelers request assistance or correct their information.
Confirm: what customer data is collected, who can access it, how long it is kept, and how deletion requests are handled.
04 / CONNECT WHAT YOU ALREADY USE
Prestige supplied its native Limo Anywhere ORES booking link and website widget. The website directs reservations to that flow. Zapier and custom API automation are separate future integrations and are not active here.
The supplied booking URL is https://book.mylimobiz.com/v4/prestigeexecutive. Its initial form identifies Prestige Executive Transport LLC and opens successfully. The reservations page offers the official embed and a direct-link fallback. Complete checkout, account rates, payment rules and reservation acceptance still require an owner-led end-to-end check. Trip drafts are not sent or prefilled.
Official ORES setup guide →LA Pay documents tokenized card handling and secure payment requests. The owner must confirm the active processor, supported checkout flow, charge timing, refunds, and settlement rules for the actual account.
Official payment overviewThe public connector lists Create Quote Request, Create Reservation, Create Account, Find Account and event triggers. This owner’s eligibility, authentication and plan requirements remain unverified. A quote request is not an instant fare lookup, and payment events report existing payments; the listing does not supply live rate, vehicle-availability or payment-charge actions.
Official Zapier integration guide →The vendor’s API-access response states that custom API requests are reviewed for Black-plan clients. Confirm the owner’s plan, approval, credentials and supported endpoints before committing to a custom connection. This is separate from the still-unverified plan requirement for the built-in Zapier connector.
Official custom API access request →Review a validated trip summary with the customer before any future tool submits it. Use the authenticated operator connection and check the actual action result; record creation alone does not prove accepted service, vehicle assignment or payment. Test duplicate prevention, failures and staff handoffs. Public features do not prove this account’s entitlement.
PRICING / CUSTOMER RATE SHEET
The owner supplied an all-inclusive USD customer rate sheet for Cleveland and Greater Cleveland. The rates page preserves its point-to-point amounts, mileage bands, hourly rates and vehicle-specific minimums.
Approved hourly rate × billable hours
Apply the supplied vehicle-specific minimum. The published rate sheet includes all taxes and fees; confirm any trip outside its scope directly.Owner-supplied distance bands and fixed routes
Confirm route distance, per-mile rate, minimum fare, and any fixed routes.Published all-inclusive rates in USD, including hourly minimums and point-to-point options. Confirm complete addresses for mileage and long-distance pricing.
Review the customer rate sheet →The public customer rate sheet and the operator’s reservation account are separate records. Verify that the account’s configured rates match the supplied amounts before launch. Read the official pricing setup guide →
05 / A CONSIDERED LAUNCH
The first review settles the experience. The live release comes after operational decisions, access checks, and an end-to-end rehearsal.
Bilingual website, published customer rates, reference SUV galleries and guided concierge with an official reservations handoff. The local passenger-app concept does not create bookings. No custom booking API or live AI is connected.
Reservations are completed through the official provider flow; app examples remain local.Use approved fleet media and rates. Configure the existing system, supported booking and payment flow, staff handoffs, driver assignment, and notifications.
Launch after account verification and tested operating rules.Use this passenger experience to plan the app. Confirm whether the existing platform supports the required features; a custom iPhone/Android release needs developer accounts, support, and store review.
The native app is a later implementation stage; this preview demonstrates the mobile web experience.Trip and contact drafts are kept in this browser tab’s session storage. Clear them with “Clear saved details and start over” in the planner or “Clear saved request” in the passenger app. Copying does not send a request; sharing opens the device’s share flow and does not confirm a booking.
A quote follows the confirmed scope and existing subscriptions. No implementation or monthly total has been estimated here.
THE NEXT CONVERSATION
Review the checklist with the owner, confirm the current systems, and agree on the rules behind every reservation.
